• Opis: The tender subject matter is implementation of software for complex calculations and assessment of neutron-physical characteristics of reactor core loads for nuclear fuels from various suppliers and support. ? the software must allow the creation of models and libraries for currently used nuclear fuels and for nuclear fuels from alternative nuclear fuel suppliers, the design of reactor core loadings and the calculation of neutron-physical characteristics, ? the software must be specifically tailored for VVER-440 reactors to allow calculations for EBO and EMO reactors, ? the software can be composed of several modules that communicate with each other or the outputs from one module are converted into inputs for another module without any additional intervention of the software user, ? the software as a whole must provide the capability for stand-alone nuclear fuel modelling by users of the software for VVER-440 reactors, the creation of libraries for all necessary fuels, the design of reactor core loadings and neutron-physical parameter calculations, ? the software vendor must be independent of the nuclear fuel suppliers so that situations do not arise where nuclear fuel data from different nuclear fuel suppliers cannot be shared with the software vendor. The scope of performance is: ? Software delivery ? Installation of software by the supplier and support for local infrastructure setup. ? Software testing by the vendor after the software is installed, delivery of test cases for software testing by software users and support in launching and evaluating test cases, if required by the customer. ? Installation and administration documentation delivery. ? User documentation delivery. ? The report stating of the computational uncertainties of delivered system. ? Training of end users and their certification by the supplier. ? Graphical User Interface (GUI) for creating a core shuffling. ? Tool for generating the NFCH, Core Design Project and NFCH for physical and energetical start-up test reports. ? The sole criterion for evaluating bids is the lowest total cena for delivery of the tender subject matter and of estimated quantities throughout the term of effect of the contract for 195 months, expressed in EUR exclusive of VAT. 2. Ranking of bids shall be determined in an ascending manner from the lowest to the highest bid cena. The Tenderer with the lowest cena bid shall be ranked in first place. 3. The ranking of Tenderers shall be determined by the comparison of the amount of the proposed bid cenas expressed in EUR exclusive of VAT. The successful Tenderer shall be the one offering the lowest cena. 4. The Candidate/Tenderer shall enter the cena in the ERANET system for the following items: The total cena for a period of 195 months. 5. Total Price For purposes of this Contract, the term “Total Price” means the aggregate of the following components: (i) Price for Work: The agreed cena for the Work, covering a period of fifteen (15) months. (ii) Price for Services: The total cena for Services, which comprises: Flat-Rate Services: A fixed monthly fee for Services provided on a flat-rate basis for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months. This fixed monthly fee shall remain unchanged for the entire 36-month period and will be calculated for an additional one hundred forty-four (144) months, with no adjustments for inflation. Beyond Flat-Rate Services : Compensation for any Services provided beyond the flat-rate period shall be calculated by multiplying the number of person-days (each a “MD”) of service performed during a period of up to one hundred eighty (180) months by the agreed hourly rates for the applicable roles, without any adjustment for inflation. For the avoidance of doubt, any estimated number of MDs used for bid evaluation is for evaluation purposes only and is not a guaranteed commitment. The Contract shall specify only the applicable MD rate(s) for the Beyond Flat-Rate Services, and actual payment will be based on the number of MDs actually utilized. Calculation: 6.
